Merchandise found to be defective due to manufacturer error or fault may be returned or exchanged for credit or new replacement products. Merchandise that was damaged due to improper handling by the buyer, repackaging of the goods, misuse or negligence is not covered by our return policy and will not be eligible for credit or exchange.

Exchanges can be made within 15 days of receipt on any items that are not damaged and must be in their original packaging. All shipping charges on exchanges will be the buyers’ responsibility.
