eConnekSM ships all domestic orders via the United Parcel Service (UPS). We offer our customers the convenience of choosing between basic 5 to 7 business day ground, 2nd day air and next day air shipping options when they place an order.
Shipping and handling charges are calculated using UPS domestic shipping tables.
International Shipping
Orders shipped internationally or outside of the contiguous United States will be handled by UPS or FedEx, depending on the destination. Shipping and handling charges are based on UPS or FedEx shipping tables and the international zone destination.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is complete. This email contains shipping and tracking information that can be used to verify the status of your order through the UPS or FedEx website.
